@Froz3774, Minecraft servers, three things are crucial! 1 - Optimal multicore CPU performance
DDR4 - preferably at least 5 for RAM and M.2 SSD
your CPU and allocated resources are extremely limited, depending on the build. 4 vcores equal 2 cores, which is catastrophically insufficient
the reason is clearly in this.
