In this version fixed Mohist compatibility

Added ability to disable artillery break blocks in artillery config.

Fixed bug that BM 21 Grad doesn`t create artillery alerts.

Added ability to make alerts in actionbar and title when artillery shoots.

this version of plugin adds disabled and enabled worlds parameter in config. You can blacklist/whitelist worlds and artillery will work or not in it.

In this version of plugin added new model of artillery (FK 96). Don`t forget to update resource pack!

Bug fixes

In this version of plugin ammo can flight in unloaded chunks

Added a health system. When artillery is damaged by other artillery, its health will decrease. When its health reaches 0, the artillery will be destroyed.
